Please send all warranty requests to support@cigtechs.com

We provide a 14 day guarantee on our Kits*. If you are not happy with your purchase we will be glad to refund the purchase price of the kit.

We also provide a 14 Defect Policy. If any part of a Joye 510 or KR808 Kit is defective , we will exchange the parts right away!.

This applies at date of delivery, and not the date of purchase.

What to do if you have a problem with a product.

1. Please contact us ( Support@cigtechs.com ) about the problem, we may have suggestions on how you can fix the problem yourself.
2.  You will need to have your Purchase Order Number ( PON ).
3. If any resolutions do not resolve the issue please mail Order number and item to the address below.
