I have purchased a Joye 510 kit and a Blackhawk 510 kit. Both have been delivered quickly and in excellent condition. I am a happy vaporizer. Cigtechs has nailed the most important thing in sales, customer service. All inquiries have been responded to within hours. I love the free shipping and the reward points towards store credit. I would like to see this site grow into a 1 stop shopping place by adding greater selection in kits and accessaries and higher strengh and larger size e-liquids.
I bought my Black hawk kit in September after having bought a lower quality 510 from someone else I was hoping this one would be good. Atomizers are still going strong. Great vapor production and Cigtechs liquids are very good quality. You have a loyal customer.
Well seeing that this is my first post here on the Cigtechs forum. I figured it would be fitting for a review.
I had the pleasure of ordering a 510 atomizer, battery, and 5 blank carts on Friday July 10th, 2009. Before buying the product I had e mailed Chris because I noticed that he was located in my town ON THE NEXT BLOCK!! I asked him if I could just stop by and pick up my order in person saving him the expense and time of going to the Post Office. I got a reply back faster than I expected telling me to come on over and just let him know what time I will be there.
Upon arriving at his house. I knocked on the door and it was answered promptly. Chris invited me in and filled my order right there. I think it says a lot about a person that invites a customer to his office. It says to me that the seller doesn't have anything to hide from a customer.
Chris even threw in a small bottle of E-Juice of my choice. THIS was a bonus because I DIDN'T have a problem at all with the order of the service. 
Chris, you can count on me coming back for more business from your company. You are a true friend and I say that because you are helping save people's lives out there with the service that you are providing to the public. Keep up the good work and I will talk to you again soon.

I just wanted to thank you personally, or as personally as our distance allows. The 306 is awesome and thanks for the goodies you threw in. I really appreciate it. I can't get over this vapor production on the 306A, it really blows the BLUCIG out of the water. Hands down; no contest. Thanks again, man. I'm sure you'll see more orders from me in the near future I am YOUR customer.

But nonetheless, I'm referring you guys for everything.
I'm slowly spreading the word of the e-cig, and everyone is excited about it and asking about where to get kits, so more orders should be coming soon

Well I got it today and it's yummy! I had just finished a 30ml bottle of Totally Wicked menthol and I've found that yours is similar but less harsh. I still get the throat hit but it seems smoother to me.

"I ordered a DSE-801 from Cigtechs which is awesome, but the atomizer and both batteries died on me within 2 weeks. Anyways, it really wasn't a big deal because Cigtechs replaced it right away and I never had to argue with them or have to go through 5 emails of troubleshooting the problem, which some other suppliers seem to do.
Also, every time I have purchased from Cigtechs my shipments always came quick, which is extremely important to a addict like me.

Placed two orders so far, got them both in two days. That's amazing in of itself, but the product is also amazing (so far). I've only had my 801 from cigtechs for a day, but man does it beat the 901s I've had from other suppliers hands down. The batteries last forever and I'm not constantly topping off the carts.
