excellent turn around, ordered it saturday night, got it in the mail monday afternoon

i really wish the instructions were not so small- but i did get a callback from cigtechs that helped me out.

was not charged but worked fine after i charged it for 2 hours and figured out how to tell the difference between and empty cartridge and a full one... :)

good customer service and a good draw once i got started a bit...this is the first time i have ever tried an e cig, so i have alot of learning to do... has a good throat hit...i am looking into seeing if i can go for 2 days on just the ecigs. i have smoked for 23 years and need to quit because my son just got diagnosed with asthma so this is the best idea that we have seen...my husband has a friend at work who smokes ecigs and he said good things about them so i decided to give them a try

This was my first e-cig ever and I have to say I loved it. It is a great value and the shipping time was outstanding. I placed the order Thursday morning and was vaping on Saturday. I highly recommend this kit to anyone who wants to try an e-cig without breaking the bank to do it.

I just got mine today, and I'm very pleased with the vapor production. I expected the carts to be slightly dried out, but they were highly saturated, which was nice.

If your a first time user and looking for a model/type to try, this is perfect. Great price, and equally great first time experience.

The only drawback I noticed was that the battery is highly sensative, but if you put it away with the atomizer removed from the battery you'll be fine (hence only 4 stars).

Shipping only took 2 days as well, even when I ordered on a saturday.. :)
